How much water can a pull up hold?--Noga (alot)

Getting herself with the sprinkler

Following her brothers lead.

Okay, I do like being sprayed with the water
gun, but where is mine?

Watermelon! Watermelon! Da! Da!

Mmmmmm...good!

Kathlena caught in act of snatching one to sample!

Hmmm...I just don't get it Andrew. It looks so
good, but then when I bite into it I don't like it!

Kathlena and brother J.Michael. She loved to
have him carry her through the water sprinkler.

Water guns are fun!

Alright, that was a cheap shot! Poor sister!

Proud to be an American!

Brotherly love--water hose fun!
We were all up bright and early again today(still adjusting to time zone change, but Daddy likes this schedule so he is hoping it sticks...naaaaa). Early is good for this time of year in Houston though, as early morning is the only bearable time to be outside. We pulled out an old water sprinkler, some water guns (thanks Nana and Dodad) and got the party started. Both Kathlena and Andrew loved the water...we were outside until lunch time. So, V is for Vitamin D (sunshine) that we were also working on getting...although Kathlena got a little too much as she has her first sunburn. Of course from the pictures you can see why as she was in nothing but a pull up...need to get that girl a swimsuit! Well, it is on the list.
For snack they all had watermelon which Andrew loves. Kathlena really only likes the idea of watermelon not eating it. Although, she tried it several times taking one bite then putting it back on the plate and sampling another only to do the same. Not to worry though the other three didn't mind eating after her.
Unfortunately, both Andrew and Kathlena were introduced to ants. We quickly got out the vinegar and sprayed their feet down. Kathlena only had a few bites that festered and Andrew had none so, vinegar to the rescue again.
Needless to say Kathlena went right down for her nap today without any complaint. Mommy and Andrew had some one on one time while Emily and J.Michael completed their regular chores and had some free time to work on piano...recital is Friday.
Once again, thanks Emily, our faithful photographer who captured all of these great pictures for us.
